APPROACH

SPIA uses a practical structured process to understand your objectives and develop the solutions to meet and exceed them. We break the vendor-client barrier and form an open and cohesive team with you, focusing on deliverables and tangible results. Here's the six-part process:

Situation Analysis - Stage one focuses on understanding where things are now and why. Precious resources such as time and money can be wasted and opportunities lost if assumptions outweigh facts. Knowing which past efforts have been effective and which should be discarded creates an environment for success.

Idea Generation - Easily the most exciting, fun, and freeform aspect of any project, it's where concepts are born. Even outlandish ideas are refined to unique and creative solutions that bring fresh thinking and new growth opportunities.

Strategy - New ideas have no substance if they lack context and focus. Separating the conceptual from the practical and balancing conservatism with risk taking is crucial to developing a solid plan that is not only achievable but on target.

Development/Implementation - This can be viewed as the project's "construction" phase. The end products are produced and assembled from an initial structural framework through to a detail-rich finish.

Review and Refinement - The final products are evaluated and checked against the project scope and plan. Any adjustments, tweaks, and final revisions are formed and proofing and testing is carried out.

Delivery - Essentially this is the place where things "go live". A web site goes online, brochures are mailed, commercials are aired, and things are in motion. We don't relax at all. We keep in contact with you to evaluate feedback, results, and success.
